Customers want a result. And they use your product as a mechanism to get that result. The mechanism itself doesn't matter - it's the result it delivers that is important.

Successful entrepreneurs are looking at potential customers and figuring out the result they want. Then hiring for the mechanism.

They are not getting their hands dirty doing all the nitty gritty work.

So quit the fixation on being the expert on the thing, and get fixated on solving your customer’s problem.
